Kind of hot ? Definitely.
Step 1
Grind fresh.
18g of coffee beans, medium-fine (like sea salt).
Step 2
Prep filter.
Place and rinse it with hot water (bye, paper taste).
Step 3
Bloom.
Pour ~40g of hot water (195°F / 92°C) over grounds.
Let it fizz 30 sec.
Step 4
Slow pour.
Add the rest of your 300g water in circles over 2–3 mins.
Step 5
Sip + reset.
Smooth, balanced, morning saved.
