Shipping Policy
Shipping of Our Products
All Glowery products are securely shipped from our warehouse in France using trackable shipping methods. We offer free shipping on orders over €80 (or €180 for the United States), with no code required. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. Please note that customs duties may apply depending on the destination.
We do not ship to PO boxes. Kindly provide a physical address. We cannot reroute packages, offer pickups, or refund orders shipped to hotels or other temporary addresses.
Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible once the order is placed.
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
We only ship on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer law, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing any reason.
If you choose to withdraw after receiving your order, return shipping costs will be at your expense.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and unused. A refund will only be issued after we have received and inspected the returned items. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@helloglowery.com.
